wire crochet "awg" vs. mm
During my research about the wire crochet, I found some super useful websites with instructions. The term gauge is something that is super important when dealing with wire. Some wires are thick and some are thin and they are used for different projects. So, as I was writing a post about my wire crochet bracelets, I could not figure out the gauge of my wire in AWG terms, instead my wire had a mm mark on its packaging (since I live in Europe). So, this is the website that I will be using in the future to know the difference between the AWG to mm.

Downloadable gift tags and gift boxes
I am already thinking about Christmas, in particular about Christmas gifts. I have it all planned out, who is going to be getting what (!) since I am an "obsessive planner and organizer".....
I have found these AWESOME, truly awesome websites that have free downloadable gift giving printables - both seasonal and generic. It is worth checking them out, I have already downloaded the templates and am ready to make the gifts to put them in. Thank you WeeBlackCatStudios and Sheri Goad for the posts!

Crochet symbols to read and follow
In my effort to get better and more proficient in this crocheting thing I really did indeed find some AWESOME tutorials on line. So, I gave them all a try. Some were truly easy and understandable to follow, concise and down to the point, others not so much. Since now I am a "big girl" and can read the written patterns (gulp!) I do not rely solely on the videos and someone to "show me how to do it".
In all honesty, once you spend some time crocheting it really isn't so hard to read them and distinguish which one is which. :)
